Trump-endorsed candidates were successful despite his low approval ratings, while the Democratic contests showed a divide between progressives and moderates. Ben Wikler says Wisconsin offers a blueprint for rebuilding Dem. power from the ground up. Wikler, former Wisconsin Dem. Party chair, joins the show to discuss his new book and the November midterms.
