The Corry Artists' Guild Present: "Broadway" Art Show & Sale. It will be held at Corry Higher Ed, 221 N.Center St in Corry, Pa. It begins Friday, May 2nd 6 pm- 9 pm with a "Meet the Artists Reception", featuring a classical musician. We continue Saturday, May 3rd 10 am - 5 pm. Saturday a FREE "Drawing Tips and Tricks" Workshop will be offered! Youth Session: 1pm-2pm, Adult Session: 2pm-3pm. Art pieces will available for purchase. There will also be a "Silent" Art Auction Fundraiser taking place, proceeds will be donated to Art Scholarship Fund. Got game? The Warren County Historical Society’s Trail of History Challenge V is set to begin on May 12, 2025. Part scavenger hunt and part treasure hunt, this competition requires players to collect answers from around the county.
To get your game on, start with a visit to the Warren County Historical Society at 210 Fourth Ave., Warren, PA, any time this summer. The $10 registration fee provides you a clue packet and instructions for loads of fun! Each clue requires you to travel to a different part of Warren County to discover the answer.
Play as an individual or part of team, and spend your summer learning more about beautiful Warren County. But hurry! By September, it will be game over. Completed answer sheets returned by Friday, September 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM will be entered into a drawing for the prize pack. Chapter Book Club is for readers who are ready for more than easy readers, but aren't quite ready for full-length novels. This book club is meant for children grades 2-5 or ages 7-12, depending on their reading level.
We will meet to discuss Hero Dogs! True Stories of Amazing Animal Heroes by Mary Quattlebaum. Join us as we discuss true stories of courageous dogs who have done amazing things! We will have book discussion, snacks, and fun activities.
Registration is required and space is limited. Only the child attending the club needs to be registered, please do not register parents or guardians attending.
