In our news wrap Friday, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he would not walk away from any threat to his leadership after a rival within the Labour Party won a seat in Parliament, there's been a flu outbreak at an Air Force base in Texas just weeks after the end of mandatory vaccines for service members and horse-drawn carriage rides in New York are on hold after a young tourist was killed.
