News Wrap: Guard deployment to Chicago blocked for now

In our news wrap Tuesday, the Supreme Court has blocked the Trump administration from deploying National Guard troops to Chicago while a legal challenge moves forward, the U.S. military says it struck another boat it accused of smuggling drugs and former Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse revealed he has terminal stage-four pancreatic cancer.
