In our news wrap Tuesday, TikTok sued to overturn a law that could ban the platform inside the U.S., Ukraine's state security service says it foiled a Russian plot to assassinate President Zelenskyy, Russian President Putin was sworn in for his fifth term after almost 25 years in power and a federal judge in Florida indefinitely delayed Donald Trump's classified documents trial.
