Live from Studio Q

WQLN NPR invites listeners to visit our studios to enjoy a Live from Studio Q concert, open to the public, given by nationally—and often internationally—renowned musicians. These Live from Studio Q concerts are small, intimate affairs for a live audience, broadcast live to an audience of 30,000+ during the classical music program Classics with Brian Hannah.
Performers have included Eric Bibb, Simone Dinnerstein, Gabriela Montero, Trombone Shorty, The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, Elena Urioste, the U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters, and others. Often the performers are guest soloists performing that same weekend with the Erie Philharmonic or the Erie Chamber Orchestra.
Audience members at Live from Studio Q performances enjoy one-of-a-kind concerts that encourage interaction between the artist and the studio audience.
