Come and practice your reading skills by reading aloud to a certified therapy dog from Therapy Dogs United!

We'll have a selection of free books to read and take home, or you can check out your favorite book from the library. There will also be a fun craft.

Grandview Elementary is hosting their fifth annual craft & vendor fair. Shop over 40 local crafters and businesses and grab a bite to eat.

Meet other Pokémon trainers at the Erie County Public Library's Pokémon Club! Come play games, trade cards, and make friends. If you don't know how to play, we will teach you! Trading Card Game, Nintendo Switch/DS, and Pokémon GO players are all welcome.

This program is intended for trainers ages 6 and up.

This November 15th, for National Adoption Month, the Foster Care Program at Family Services is partnering with Cup n' Spoon at their new Cussawego Square location. Come between 2-5pm and get a FREE 8oz frozen yogurt (while supplies last). Also, enter to win a weekend getaway door prize valued at over $300!

No registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult for this program.

Roll out the carpet! Stay, play and visit. Even though there is no story time today, we can always meet up at the library with friends. There will be puppets, blocks, a craft table and plenty of books to read.

If you’ve ever wanted to trade school subjects like math and gym for potions lessons and broomstick flying, these books are for you! Find your next Harry Potter read-alike and hang out with other would-be witches and wizards. We’ll figure out which Witchlings coven we’d belong in, make our own fortunetelling cauldron fidgets, and enjoy a themed treat.

This program is recommended for children ages 10-13. Free; advance registration required. Space is limited.

Join us to read to a Therapy Dog. Therapy Dogs are great listeners! They love to hear stories, jokes, and listen to you read from your favorite book. Just drop in and spend time talking with our favorite four-legged friends. Read to a Therapy Dog is a FREE, family friendly event open to patrons of all ages. You do not need a library card to participate.

If you are a kid who likes bricks, blocks, and being boisterous, then you should come join the Building Buddies Brigade!

The community room is open weekly to allow children to get to know each other and play together using Edinboro's extensive supply of building materials. There is no supervision and no agenda: just a room full of building materials and enough space for everyone to have fun making something (and of course knocking it down). KEVA blocks, Lincoln Logs, Bankers Box Bricks and more will be available. Children of all ages are welcome, and parents can enjoy the chance to meet other parents in the community. Recommended age is 1 to 6 years old, although older children can accompany younger siblings.
