Join us in celebrating 250 years of America by reading a book all about an important part of the Revolution!

For this book club we will read Nathan Hale’s Hazardous Tales: Lafayette! by Nathan Hale. We will discuss the Revolutionary War, eat some themed snacks, and play some fun games.

This program is intended for children ages 8-12, but families are encouraged to read together.

Participants will receive a free copy of the book to read and keep.Parents, please ensure the content of this story is a good fit for your reader before signing up! Visit our online event page or ask a librarian for more information.

Registration is required and space is limited. Once you are registered, you can pick up your free copy of the book at the Children's Desk at Blasco Memorial Library
