Obama Highlights Climate Change in Alaska & Biden in 2016

President Obama became the first sitting president to visit the Arctic Circle this week as part of his trip to Alaska promoting his climate change agenda. Peter Baker of the New York Times calls Obama's trip his “legacy lap" and something to cross off his bucket list. Meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden continues to weigh a 2016 run for the top job.
