President Zelenskyy Address to Congress

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address a joint session of Congress during his first trip abroad since Russia invaded Ukraine earlier this year. Congress is in the process of considering $45 billion in emergency assistance for Ukraine and Zelenskyy aims to build support for his nation’s defense before Republicans take control of the House in January.
