26m 44s

President Joe Biden gave an Oval Office address Thursday to ask Congress for billions of dollars in aid for Israel and Ukraine. Biden compared the threats posed by Hamas and Russia saying international aggression could spread to other parts of the world if they aren't stopped. The address follows his trip to Israel, where he helped broker a deal to allow some humanitarian aid into Gaza.
