News Wrap: Marie brings dangerous surf to California coast

In our news wrap Monday, Tropical Storm Marie is whipping up high surf along the California coast, the Kremlin is not ruling out future talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States following a weekend visit to Moscow by U.S. negotiators and Iran is warning that new U.S. strikes could trigger further retaliation, including against American energy interests in the Gulf.
