News Wrap: Police investigate mass knife attack on UK train

In our news wrap Sunday, police are questioning a British suspect in connection with a mass stabbing attack on a London-bound train, Hegseth said the U.S. carried out another lethal strike on a boat in the Caribbean, the official death toll from Hurricane Melissa rose to 28 in Jamaica, and the Los Angeles Dodgers won a rollercoaster Game 7 of a rollercoaster World Series.
