News Wrap: Russia, Ukraine swap POWs in temporary ceasefire

In our news wrap Saturday, Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners of war as a temporary ceasefire went into effect, the U.S. and Iran agreed to meet again on Tehran’s nuclear program after a second round of talks, Hamas said it doesn’t know the whereabouts of an Israeli-American hostage, Vance met with Vatican officials, and the American Revolutionary War began 250 years ago today.
