Israel, Hamas agree to first phase of deal to end Gaza war

Israel and Hamas have agreed to the first phase of a deal to end the two-year-long war in Gaza. The deal would include the release of all remaining hostages in exchange for Israel's partial withdrawal from Gaza. Nick Schifrin reports.
