Former DHS head weighs in on Trump’s immigration crackdown

No officials from the Department of Homeland Security appeared at Tuesday’s forum on Capitol Hill. Amna Nawaz speaks with Janet Napolitano, who served as DHS secretary in the Obama administration, for more.
