WQLN NPR first signed on the air in 1973, and on April 7th of that year – Richard Peters filed a $10,000 law suite against the Fort LeBoeuf School District, the principal of the middle school, and a classroom teacher for an injury his daughter suffered when her chair was pulled out from under her by a classmate.
