In our news wrap Sunday, a Jordanian gunman killed three Israelis at a West Bank border crossing, the mother of the teen suspect in last week’s Georgia school shooting said she called the school to warn of an “emergency,” Ukraine and Russia traded blame for attacks that injured civilians, Vietnam is recovering from Typhoon Yagi, and Venezuela’s opposition presidential candidate fled the country.
