In our news wrap Wednesday, House Republicans voted to hold Attorney General Garland in contempt of Congress, the U.S. piled on new sanctions against Russia ahead of the G7 summit, Russia dispatched naval vessels to carry out exercises near Cuba and Southern Baptists rejected a measure to include in its constitution a ban on churches with women pastors.
