WQLN NPR first signed on the air in 1973, and on February 22nd of that year – WJET Radio disc Ronnie G was nominated for a Grammy Award for his Country Music hit “Good Night,” written by Gary Zalimeni of Ashtabula. “Good Night” lost to “Kiss an Angel Good Morning” by Charlie Pride.
