The WQLN PBS Art Show and Contest is returning! Open to students in grades six through twelve, this program is designed to promote creative artistic expression through painting. First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded in the following grade level categories: 6th-8th, 9th-10th, and 11th-12th.
Submissions will be accepted beginning December 1, 2022. The submission deadline is 5pm on March 17, 2023. The WQLN PBS Art Show will take place on April 20, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm at WQLN. Winners will be announced on April 21, 2023.
Our inaugural show featured so many incredibly talented artists and inspiring works of art. Those in attendance at the art show thoroughly enjoyed admiring the young artists’ creations. Check out our first place winners for some inspiration.
