Outdoor Family Adventure lesson plans are designed to provide additional educational content for parents, teachers and children. Each lesson plan focuses on several state academic standards.
Lesson plans can be used by parents and children after viewing an episode of Outdoor Family Adventures on WQLN or by teachers; using taped episodes of Outdoor Family Adventures.

The Stricker-Coughlin family goes on a kayaking tour of beautiful Presque Isle State Park.
Teachers have rights to use an episode in their classrooms for one year after recording it off of WQLN’s air.
