Healthy self-esteem is a child’s protection in life. This armour will shield them from conflicts and handle negative pressures later in life. Self-esteem starts early in life and is effected by experiences and accomplishments. Participants will learn what parents and educators can do to boost self-esteem by simple statements, effective role models, and the environment provided. A self-esteem test will be given to measure the participant’s level of self-esteem and give suggestions for increasing it. Act 48/DPW Hours: 4 8:30am - 12:30pm
