*ABOUT RAMONE OUTLAW and GERMAINE CABBAGEHEAD
Ramone Outlaw, author and illustrator of the “Germaine Cabbagehead” children’s book series, is from Erie, PA. His several self-published children’s books build on his lifelong affection for writing and art. His title character, 4-year-old Germaine, just wants to help out. But along the way he gets into some real trouble . . . and some real adventures! And he learns plenty of important lessons, too.
